“I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the people of Mudzi North for entrusting me with their vote and giving me the opportunity to serve as their representative in Parliament. It is an honor to have your confidence and I will work tirelessly to deliver on the promises I made to you during the campaign,” said Hon Musweweshiri.
Honourable Musweweshiri went on to outline his priorities for the next term, including improving infrastructure and access to services like safe drinking water.
“I am committed to working tirelessly to bring about meaningful development in our community. We all know that Mudzi area is hot and receives little rainfall. Providing drinking water is a priority,” stated Honourable Musweweshiri with determination.
On issue of food insecurity, Honourable Felix Benjamin Musweweshiri stated that he would work to address this issue.
“I will collaborate with the government to provide crucial food aid to families in our community. This farming season was most affected by the El Niño-induced drought in our low-rainfall region. The government has assured that no one will die due to hunger,” said Honourable Musweweshiri.

DCC Chairman for Mudzi, Cde Mudyiwa Mashonganyika also said the celebrations are important as they provide a platform for the MP to interact with the community and hear their concerns.
“The celebrations are important as they provide an opportunity for the MP to thank the community for their votes and support for Zanu-PF. It also allows us to show appreciation and interact with the community, hearing their concerns,” emphasized the DCC Chairman.
